Good advice! Nothing worse than a bully running wild through folk’s lives. If they run amuck through most of their young lives, they become monsters later in the workplace, in their personal lives, relationships, etc., and keep that same behavior, getting worse through time, if no one calls them out or has intervention. Even running a company or a government by bullying is not effective either. A bully is selfish and self centered and rules with no empathy or discipline other than what they know to work for them, never others, to manipulate. With other people involved, a bully’s world is rather closed and confined to themselves.
