  1. To me, this was a jumbo packed info podcast. Great discussions but I could not keep up. I can be a slow learner at times, needing time and reflection to assimilate info. I am motivated however to use avoidance, if absolutely necessary, for wise outcomes that benefit me. Thanks!

    Cole had a great deal of perspective and thus we had to move fast… SOmetimes with a guest, Cass, I feel the same way, lol!
